Start Page The Start Page is the first screen you see each time you open Inventory Manager 2005. It is similar to the Control Panel in Windows®. From here you can edit any settings, view reports and send out mailings to name just a few.

Browse and Search Inventory With Inventory Manager 2005 finding an item in your inventory is easy. You can browse inventory by category, which include Stores, Brands, Discounted Items, Out of Stock Items, etc. You can also search the inventory for specific items.

Adding Items Adding items to inventory has never been quicker. Just enter the barcode of the item(s) or use a barcode scanner for maximum efficiency. Inventory Manager 2005 will recognize when a new item is added and prompt you to enter its information. It's that simple!

Sending Packages Sending packages is a snap. Just scan the items you wish to send. Once you're done our 4-step shipping process will guide you through boxing, printing invoices and packing lists, and paying for postage. Afterwards you can use Inventory Manager 2005 to track the shipment.

Reports With the reports in Inventory Manager 2005 you can see a graph of your ytd revenue and find out what your most profitable items are. Reports give your business the information it needs to succeed.

Knowing Your Customers In Inventory Manager 2005 every customer is automatically saved along with a list of the items they've purchased. This allows you to send custom mailings only to those customers who have purchased specific items. Reports on which customers are most valuable can also be generated.

Printing Barcodes It's quick and easy to print barcodes in Inventory Manager 2005. You can even use Avery label products with your standard inkjet printer.
